Welcome to The Techy Guyz. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or utilizing our digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Provisions

The Techy Guyz operates as a premium digital agency providing web architecture, application development, brand identity, and growth systems. These terms govern the relationship between The Techy Guyz ("Agency", "We", "Us") and the Client ("You", "Your").

2. Service Level & Deliverables

All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be explicitly outlined in a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal prior to the commencement of any development or design activities. Any requests falling outside the agreed-upon scope will be subject to additional evaluation and billing.

• The Agency retains the right to use third-party tools, frameworks, and APIs to fulfill project requirements unless strictly prohibited in the SOW.
• The Client is responsible for providing necessary assets, brand guidelines, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid production delays.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final delivery and clearance of all outstanding invoices, the intellectual property rights of the specific deliverables are transferred to the Client. The Techy Guyz retains the right to display the completed project within our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been executed.

4. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the customized, time-intensive nature of digital engineering and design services, our refund parameters are strictly enforced to protect the integrity of our development cycles:

• No "Change of Mind" Refunds: We do not offer refunds, credits, or contract cancellations due to a change of mind once a project has commenced and initial payments have been processed.
• No Partial Refunds: The Techy Guyz does not accept or process partial returns or partial refunds for any completed phases, sprints, or deliverables of an ongoing project.
• Final Delivery & Liability Clause: Once final deliverables have been transmitted to the client via their provided email address, subsequently reviewed and approved, and the final payment has been processed, the transaction is legally considered complete. Following this milestone, The Techy Guyz is strictly not liable for any chargebacks, bank disputes, or refund requests of any kind.

5. Revisions and Approvals

Projects are executed in phased cycles (Sprints). The Client will have the opportunity to review deliverables during these designated phases. Revisions requested after formal phase approval has been granted will be billed at our standard hourly agency rate.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Techy Guyz shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions, arising from the use or inability to use our delivered digital products or platforms.
